Alive

Using wet or dry foam applications, this product cleans and conditions rugs, carpeting and upholstery like new. The powerful but mild emulsifying ingredients surround each particle of soil so that removal is easy. Colors and patterns are vividly brought out by special brightening agents. Dilutes at 8 ounces per gallon of water. 

Attack-Bac

This biologically enhanced carpet cleaner contains selectively adapted organisms that degrade grease, fat, blood, vomit urine and other organic wastes. It is ideal for spot cleaning as well as with an extractor or a bonnet. This is a product that cleans and eliminates odors by getting at the source of the problem. 

Defoamer

A defoaming agent recommended for use in all types of cleaning equipment. This odorless liquid breaks down foam and prevents build up in recovery tanks. Two ounces in a pick-up tank retards foam and keeps the tank free of clogging suds. 

Carpet Shield

A highly concentrated chemical treatment used to retard and repel dry, liquid and oil-based soils. It will help to protect carpet and upholstery and extend the time between major cleaning jobs. A dilution of 16 ounces per gallon of water will treat approximately 1000 square feet of carpet. 

Brown Out

Developed to treat the yellowish-brown stains caused by alkaline build-up from shampoo residue and dye transfer from jute backing. It is also effective in removing stains from coffee, tea, soft drinks and other oxidized organic residue. 

Stat-Relief

Stop those annoying and sometimes dangerous static-electric sparks with this concentrated liquid. Formulated to reduce accumulation of static electricity, especially during periods of low humidity. Use it on carpets, rugs, fabrics, conveyor belts and other areas where static build-up can present a problem. 

Du-All

This water-based product will easily remove 95% of all the stains you will encounter. It works extremely well on make up, grass, coffee, pet stains, mold, ink, food stains and much, much more. This product can be warmed to increase cleaning action on old or tough stains. This material has a pleasant fragrance and is non-toxic and non-flammable. 

Super-Zyme

This hard-working, ready to use treatment is a blend of low -foaming detergents, emulsifiers and enzymes that act as biological catalysts in removing tough soils and odors. It can be used as a carpet spotter or as a “booster” to your regular carpet shampoo, or as a laundry additive to aid in the removal of tough stains. 

Hi-San II

This EPA registered concentrate cleans and deodorizes carpet by controlling/ reducing the growth of odor-causing bacteria. It is designed for use with extractors or bonnets and rotary floor machines. 

Gum & Tar Remover

Solvent blended product for removing gum, asphalt, tar, mastic and adhesives. Use it on carpet and upholstery, clothing, concrete, and metal surfaces. It can be used to clean tools, heavy equipment, machinery and rolling stock. This product is non-toxic and non-flammable. Use with adequate ventilation and pre-test on surfaces prior to use. 

Solvent Spotter

A heavy duty solvent-based spotter used to liquefy and remove oil and grease from carpet and upholstery. The rapid evaporation rate enables immediate use of the clean surface. Use with adequate ventilation.
